Department: Camps Ops & Admin
Reports to: Location Director
Work schedule: Sunday - Thursday


Job Summary:
The Location Coordinator will provide customer service and administrative assistance that involves overseeing the front desk, office work area, and incoming/outgoing office communication, Team Radiant and next steps at Radiant Church while creating a hospitable office and location culture. Provides administrative support to the Location Director and LocationPastor as directed.


Supervisory Responsibilities:
None


Faith-based Requirements:
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ that results in a life lived in obedience to the will of God as described in
the Word of God, evident by spiritual fruit and the desire to grow in the Lord
Support the works of the ministry of Radiant Church
Beliefs consistent with Radiant Church's Statement of Faith
Willing to become, if not already, a member of Radiant Church within 6 months of employment
Demonstrate a commitment to handling conflict Biblically, following principles in Matthew 18


Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall Office appearance, activities, organization, equipment and supplies. Including but not
limited to coordinating repairs, ordering and troubleshooting for items such as: phones, wifi, copier, internal
documents, office water, office fridges, mail/packages etc.
Professionally answer and return phone calls
Professionally answer the office entrance door
Oversee, organize, and answer the email website contact submissions
Hosting guests who are waiting for pastoral appointments
Recruit, schedule, train and communicate with office volunteers
Administrative support to Pastoral Care items that include but not limited to Pastor On Call intake, prayer requests,
flowers, meals
Administratively assist with Be Radiant Class and Team Radiant Application Process including but not limited to
background check processing, pastoral meeting follow up and welcome to Team Radiant Packet.
Oversee the next step process that includes but not limited to Radiant Central, First Time Guest Process, Salvation
Process, Get Connected inquiries/questions, and Communications Cards
Administratively assist with Baptism including but not limited to check in, pre service meeting, service baptisms,
sending photos and certificates.
Responsible for overseeing the coordination of groups, groups coaches, and group leaders at the Location and all
required administrative tasks; as well as working alongside in unity with other Location Coordinators
Assisting in the counting process for the Location
Administratively assist with location cafe inventory
Administratively assist with special events that take place at the location
Assisting the Central Bookstore Coordinator with inventory
Management of monthly credit card monthly expense process
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Support Team Radiant functions, health, onboarding, and events
Other duties as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record
Strong oral and written communication skills
Able to adapt under pressure and to quickly and creatively handle problems as they arise with a positive attitude
Self starter who takes initiative
Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient in meeting task deadlines and project timeline requirements
Attention to detail with an eye for excellence
Respond in a timely manner (within 24 hours) to all ministry related inquiries
Able to delegate tasks
Mac OS experience preferred but not required
Valid driver's license required


Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of related work experience
Associates degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
Must be able to remain standing/sitting for long periods of time
Must be able to bend and twist at the waist
