Job description

Radiance Medspa in Fairfax currently has an opening for a for a part-time front desk coordinator. We are a long standing, busy high end medspa that is looking for applicants that will be the image of the brand on the phone and in person. The front desk coordinator will be staff member who holds all the pieces together for positive client experience.

Key Duties Are:

  • Perform identified Opening & Closing duties.
  • Confirm client appointments at least 48 hours in advance and check email hourly.
  • Ensure client flow, future bookings, and necessary follow up. Maintain communication log.
  • Express detailed knowledge of services, products, and promotions to pull through service and retail sales and meet company sales goals.
  • Promote specials and add-on treatments when booking and closing out orders.
  • Provide a positive client experience and streamline communication with service provider. Communicate with Medical Director when necessary.
  • Perform follow up calls.
  • Drive exposure of the Radiance Brand through capturing, creating, and posting social media content.
  • Maintain neat and clean work area and reception areas. Maintain neat supply storage area.
  • Log client charts and photos in electronic system.
  • Place orders when assigned, check received orders into software and sign off.
  • Periodically refresh marketing materials and product shelves.
  • Work special events when necessary, anticipated to be 1-2 events per quarter.
  • Assist with client prep when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a  Medical Spa, Salon or Medical Office
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Interest in the medical spa and beauty business process
  • Passion for skincare
