Who We’re Looking For

Skincare is both a science and an art — and the right esthetician brings both. At New Moon, we are looking for someone who genuinely loves skin, loves people, and finds deep satisfaction in helping clients feel radiant and cared for.
This is not just a treatment room role. It is a relationship-building, confidence-boosting, client-centered experience — and we need someone who shows up that way every single day.
The ideal candidate:

  •  Greets every client with genuine warmth and makes them feel truly seen
  •  Has an eye for detail and a passion for delivering consistent, beautiful results
  •  Communicates skincare knowledge with confidence and educates without overwhelming
  •  Takes pride in maintaining a clean, calm, and welcoming treatment environment
  •  Approaches product recommendations naturally, as an extension of client care
  •  Thrives in a collaborative, upbeat, mission-driven team culture
Position Summary

The Skincare Specialist delivers exceptional, client-centered aesthetic skincare services within the New Mexico esthetician scope of practice, working collaboratively alongside our RN clinical team.
This role is the heart of our non-invasive skincare experience — where science meets luxury and every client leaves glowing.

  •  Build lasting client relationships rooted in trust, consistency, and exceptional care
Compliance & Environment

  •  Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with MedSpa protocols
  •  Follow OSHA-compliant infection control standards
  •  Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
  •  Collaborate with the RN clinical team to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications & Licensure

Required:

  •  Current, unencumbered New Mexico Esthetician License (R.F.)
  •  Minimum 1 year of experience in a med spa, dermatology, or luxury spa setting
Preferred:

  •  National certification (such as NCEA)
Additional Qualifications:

  •  Professional presentation and a team-oriented, mission-driven attitude
Physical Requirements

  •  Ability to stand for extended periods during treatments
  •  Fine motor skills for detailed skincare procedures
