Can-do - We innovate with a can-do attitude.We are looking for someone with the skills and experience to:Provide deployed operational support to our customers in the use of IMSAR's radar and other ISR systems on various manned and unmanned aircraft in operational environmentsSupport demonstrations and other field operations of IMSAR's Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) sensors for a wide array of military, government, and commercial customersContinually support improvement of IMSAR's product line by gathering and providing customer feedback for continual improvement of IMSAR's products and servicesYou'll be working with a talented team and with a compelling product and will have an opportunity to make a big difference for the company and for our customers who need the capabilities we can provide.These are some of the things that are important to us:Required:First and foremost, you are a good fit for the team and will enjoy working with usWilling and able to operate IMSAR's sensors on small to large aircraftWilling to travel to and operate in remote and austere locations, CONUS & OCONUS, to include possible ship-based assignmentsAble to travel up to 100% of the time, occasionally for consecutive months to support deployed operationsExperience in tasking, operating, and exploiting data from ISR sensors in an operational environment and in Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of GEOINT productsAble to train small to large groups on the installation, maintenance, and operational use of IMSAR radar systemsFamiliar with military and/or government offices, entities, and chains of commandAbility to obtain a DoD Secret Security ClearanceAbility to support deployment and integration of Manned/Unmanned Systems in multi-domain operational environments Desired:Experience with Synthetic Aperture Radar sensors, SAR Imagery, and radar Moving Target Indicator (MTI) dataExperience with Full Motion Video (FMV) sensorsCurrent DoD Secret or Top Secret Security ClearanceFAA Part107 certification and experience operating Group 2 and 3 UASAble to understand and troubleshoot complex technical systemsExperience with aviation safety, procedures, and complianceUnderstanding of maritime domain awareness (MDA) workflows and contested environment communications (LPI/LPD) We like to take care of our team members.
