We are currently looking for Radar Cross Section (RCS) Range Radar Operators to support challenging, state-of-the-art technical projects during testing.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for operating instrumentation radar during the collection of RCS measurements

  • Calibration of the radar system

  • Regular health and quality testing of the radar system and subsystems

  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in the radar system

  • Annual review of the Range Book and updating as required

  • Ensure data quality and integrity

  • Support target configuration and test set-up

This job is in Tucson, AZ and the position is onsite

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

  • Experience in calibration, maintenance and characterization of RF equipment for far field RCS measurements

  • Experience supporting RCS measurement testing

  • Understanding of radar system operation

  • Experience in test asset configuration and mounting

  • Experience in test plan generation

  • Secret security clearance

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
