Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality radiographic procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, and maintain accurate records. This position requires a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a solid attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
  • Operate and maintain radiographic equipment.
  • Adhere to established radiologic protocols and procedures.
  • Evaluate images for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
  • Follow radiation safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of radiology students and new staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid California Radiologic Technologist License (CRT).
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
