Come join our team as an HVAC Installer!

We're currently looking for HVAC Installers! The position of HVAC installer is critical to the install all components required for a turnkey HVAC installation in residential/multi-family projects with dedication to first time quality. Perform required pressure testing for refrigeration copper.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to layout boots and ductwork from dimensioned drawings to promote accurate install
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings and product data for installation
    • Ability to install ductboard with proper joints, tape and mastic
    • Ability to install snaplock duct, flex duct, aluminum exhaust duct and vent caps/x-vents
  • Ability to communicate material needs effectively to complete job scope
  • Ability to braze, flare or swadge refrigeration copper
  • Perform thermostat, float switch and low voltage wiring installations per plans and spec
  • Ability to install wall-hung, vertical and horizontal FCU's and AHU's
  • Ability to install supply, return and linear grilles/registers/diffusers
  • Ability to install roof racks and set condensers/wire thermostat to condenser
  • Exposure and ability to learn sheet metal ductwork installation
  • Prioritizes a safe work environment for themselves and others
  • Ability to take timely action to effectively solve problems, using established policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Current driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation
  • Able to work with others
  • Ability to handle stress and work effectively under pressure
