Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

Advocate Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients in Racine, WI.

  • Full time (36 clinical hours per week)
  • Family Medicine
  • 2-year guaranteed salary range of $333,037 - $333,037
  • Up to $125K in student loan forgiveness and sign on bonus
  • Located at 6611 Spring St., Racine, WI
