Raceway Motors is expanding and hiring Used Car Technicians who diagnose fast, fix right the first time, and keep comebacks clean. If you’ve worked at CarMax, domestic/import dealerships, or high-volume independents, this is your lane. We want domestic & import experience with a minimum of 4 years on the floor.

What You’ll Do

  • Full used-car recon: MPIs, accurate RO notes, road tests, and frontline-ready quality

  • Perform PM services (oil, fluids, rotations, alignments) and final safety checks

  • Communicate clearly with advisors and parts; keep bays clean and compliant

What It Takes

  • 4+ years professional technician experience (domestic or import)

  • Pro-level mechanical/electrical diagnostics with modern scan tools and service info

  • Consistent production with clean comebacks and tight documentation

  • High school diploma/equivalent; ASE/ASC certifications a plus

  • Valid driver’s license; professional, reliable, team-first mindset
