Race Engine Builders work closely with racing teams and engineers to meet specific performance goals and often use advanced tools and technology to achieve the best results. Job description

Patient Genius | Denver Tech Center, CO | Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 remote

$65,000 - $78,000 | Healthcare reimbursement | Unlimited PTO

Full-time + Hybrid | Denver Tech Center

Patient Genius needs an experienced SEO to own day-to-day search execution for multi-location healthcare practices. We've been healthcare-exclusive since 2018, and we build custom strategy for every client. No guesswork, no recycled playbooks. Strategy comes from our Director of Digital Strategy; this role turns it into finished work: the right actions, in the right order, across dozens of locations, providers, and WordPress sites.

You'll report directly to the Director of Digital Strategy. Execution is the job; the seat comes with a clear view of how the strategy gets made.

What you'll do

  • Day-to-day SEO execution: on-page updates, metadata, internal linking, content changes. Light strategy at most, and we'll guide it.
  • Set up and maintain reporting: GA4, Search Console, tracking scripts.
  • Make updates across client WordPress sites: pages, plugins, content. Some of this is SEO work, some is just keeping client sites healthy and current.
  • Answer quick client questions, like what a term means or whether something will affect SEO.
  • Work with our content writers and editors, and sometimes point their work in the right direction.
  • Sit in client performance meetings as the SEO person in the room. You won't run the meeting.
  • Keep your tickets and projects updated so nobody has to chase you for status.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years where SEO was the actual job, not one hat of a generalist role.
  • Agency experience, or you've handled several clients at once somewhere.
  • Multi-location local SEO. Google Business Profiles, location pages, reviews.
  • WordPress. You've built pages and worked with plugins.
  • Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • You can find your own answers in GA4 and Search Console.
  • Basic project management. You can juggle deadlines across clients, estimate honestly, and hit dates.
  • You write clearly. We should be able to send your update straight to a client.

AI

We use AI heavily in how we work, and we'll teach you our approach. In your application, tell us about 1 or 2 things you've built with AI because you thought it was cool. A side project, a hobby automation, something from work. That tells us more than a resume line ever will.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare or YMYL experience.

The practical stuff

A monthly healthcare reimbursement, pointed at the plan and medical expenses of your choice. Unlimited PTO, and we mean it the plain way: take the time you need, keep your work managed.

Applications accepted on an ongoing basis.
