Job description

Monthly Bonus Opportunities for qualified applicants. R & T Yoder Electric, Inc. is looking for a CSR/Dispatch Lead. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with an attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects at one time. Good customer communication is a must. This hands-on role is responsible for a variety of responsibilities including assisting with the onboarding of new customers and jobs, and scheduling of production labor.
As a CSR/Dispatch Lead, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $65,000/yr, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign-on bonus! Onboarding new customers and jobs via good phone customer service

QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 6 years of experience as an CSR/Administrative Assistant
  • At least 4 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Service Titan experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
