Eligible for a 5% bilingual differential for English and Spanish or English and Russian bilingual skills that meet department and/or community needs. Job Summary Supports training and facilitation of collaborative and group learning opportunities offered by Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R). Serves as support to participating programs.

Assists in the day-to-day operations of the collaborative opportunities. Works under limited supervision. Essential Duties Update and maintain training logs, professional development records, and rosters for training events.

Provides support for virtual and in-person events with individual trainers, facilitators, coaches, staff, and community partners. Sets up zoom links and physical spaces, sends out calendar invites and reminders, coordinates catering, ensures accurate rosters and participant sign ins, and provides other related assistance. Performs administrative tasks in support of the production and distribution of quarterly newsletters and training schedules.

Ensures tracking spreadsheets are correct, complete, and properly formatted. Assists with developing promotional flyers and materials. Gathers information regarding opportunities from other organizations and community groups, and ensures that materials are shared out as appropriate.

Provides support and technical assistance for staff and educators regarding system access, registration, and completion. Creates and distributes training evaluation forms using templates and ensures correct formatting. Assists in the preparation of reports to meet funding regulations and for special and periodic projects.

Additional Duties Attends and participates in training sessions and staff meetings Maintains records and/or activity logs. Performs all other duties as assigned. Minimum and Desired Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED Experience/Training: Minimum (3) years of experience providing administrative or program support functions Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Spanish or Russian Experience providing basic education, training, or technical assistance services Experience with basic event or training coordination Proficiency with technology such as Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, shared documents.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Oregon Center for Career Development and the Oregon Registry Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel Additional Requirements Must be enrolled in the Oregon Central Background Registry prior to beginning employment and enrollment must be maintained throughout employment Must complete required Department of Early Learning and Care Self-Study Trainings within 30 days of hire Additional Qualifications and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Maintains the confidentiality of highly sensitive information Ability to interact with others in a supportive and professional manner Ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet changing deadlines Ability to pay close attention to details Strong organizational skills Knowledge of or ability to establish working relationships with staff Ability to multi-task Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Computer proficiency (in Microsoft Office 365 preferably) Knowledge of and commitment to the use of information technology to support advancement of programs Working Conditions and Important Information Working Conditions This position is a flexible office-hybrid position requiring some in-person meetings, appointments or training. Work is sometimes performed in an emotional and stressful environment.

As necessary to meet workload demands, works outside of typical schedule, including evening/weekend hours. Work may require travel to off-campus locations. Salary Placement Initial salary placement will be based on years of relevant full-time equivalent experience at the sole discretion of the College, per the guidelines in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
