The Healthy Soul Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, identifying their unique therapeutic needs.
  • Design personalized therapy plans that align with individual goals, utilizing evidence-based practices in both individual and group settings.
  • Lead engaging therapeutic sessions focused on mental health improvement, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, engaging in regular case discussions and treatment planning sessions.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with tools to navigate challenges and support the healing journey.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of client progress, treatment protocols, and any other pertinent information in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Empathetic and nonjudgmental attitude, allowing for a compassionate approach to client interactions.

  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies for different client demographics.
  • Previous involvement in case conferencing and collaborative treatment planning.
Compensation and Benefits
