  • Travel to customer sites regularly to maintain a real, working relationship
  • Solve unfamiliar technical problems on the fly, using whatever stack and tools the customer already has in place

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5-8 years experience in software engineering, solution architecture or forward deployed engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field.
  • Advanced full-stack development skills, and strong system design capabilities
  • Strong, on-the-spot problem-solving ability  reasoning through it live, without a playbook
  • Confidence and professionalism in front of customers
  • Clear written and spoken communication
  • Prior on-site or embedded customer implementation experience
  • A background in consulting, solutions architecture, or independent contracting, especially if it involved significant customer-facing discretion and autonomy
  • Sales or pre-sales exposure
