Key Responsibilities in this role: - Conduct process/product audits and provide feedback to production
- Conduct product and component tests, using various lab equipment
- On-floor gage set-up/maintenance/repair/troubleshooting
- Administer and maintain hold tag system
- Assist production personnel in solving quality related issues
- Assist Quality Engineers with new product launch/PPAP activities
- Perform R&R studies and other Measurement System Analysis Studies
- Must be willing to work overtime on the opposite shift
Qualifications:- Must be able to operate a computer
- Must have working knowledge of Kurt, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to operate and interpret measurement equipment
- Must possess good math skills
- Ability to read and interpret basic statistical date preferred
- Must have good communication skills, both oral and written
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of production process from multiple areas of the plant preferred
- Must have good attendance and a strong work record
Requires you have the ability to work 12-hour night shift (6 pm - 6 am) on our 3-2-2-3 schedule.
