The most valuable ingredient to Quorumโ€™s success is always our people. Tech enthusiasts, Hill staffers, designers, engineers, and everyone in between have joined us as we help organizations bring AI to government affairs.

Based in Washington, D.C., Quorum is the leading provider of workflow software and information services for government affairs professionals globally. We serve over 2,000 customersโ€”including over 50% of the Fortune 100โ€”across 30+ countries.

At Quorum, our "product" isn't just our software; itโ€™s our people. We are looking for a 100% remote Recruiter (contracted) to join us right away for a short-term contract to cover a team member's leave. If you are a proactive talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, weโ€™d love to connect.

Contract Length: 3 month commitment - mid-September through December 2026

The Impact Youโ€™ll Have

As a Contract Recruiter, you will keep our hiring engine running without missing a beat. You will own fullโ€‘lifecycle recruiting for open roles, ensuring a steady stream of topโ€‘tier SaaS talent while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Fullโ€‘Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage candidate pipelines from initial sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer support.

Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate directly with hiring managers across departments to understand team needs, define target profiles, and execute tailored hiring strategies.

Active Sourcing: Proactively source passive candidates for tech and SaaS roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, network channels, and creative search strategies.

AI & Process Optimization: Leverage modern AI tools and ATS workflows to optimize candidate sourcing, draft compelling outreach, and automate routine scheduling.

Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador for Quorum, providing timely communication and a highโ€‘touch, professional candidate journey.

About You

The Experience: You have 4+ years of fullโ€‘lifecycle recruiting experience within the SaaS or tech industry.

Independent & Selfโ€‘Driven: You will hit the ground running with minimal handโ€‘holding, using proven recruiting frameworks to generate immediate results.

Techโ€‘Savvy: You are proficient with Ashby (ATS), modern sourcing platforms, and AI productivity tools to streamline recruiting workflows.

Strong Communicator: You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effortlessly engaging candidates and advising hiring managers.

Detailโ€‘Oriented & Organized: You keep pipelines clear, tracking systems accurate, and process steps moving quickly in a highโ€‘velocity environment.

AI Disclosure

At Quorum, we utilize modern talent acquisition tools, including our Applicant Tracking System, Ashby, to assist our recruiting team. We use AIโ€‘assisted features solely to help us search our database, sort information, personalize our email outreach, and support interview noteโ€‘taking (candidates have the option to opt out). We do not use automated tools or algorithms to screen out, rank, or make final selection or rejection decisions regarding your application. All hiring decisions are made entirely by human recruiters and hiring managers.

Quorum is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, status as a protected veteran, among other things, or status as a qualified individual with disability.

Coverage you can count on

Weโ€™re committed to supporting the wellโ€‘being of our global team with inclusive and comprehensive benefits. Across our locations in the US, Brazil, Moldova, and Belgium, we offer flexible time off, companyโ€‘wide days to recharge, robust health coverageโ€”including mental health supportโ€”professional development tools like LinkedIn Learning and Calm App subscriptions, paid parental leave, and programs that support your growth and wellโ€‘being. Our benefits are thoughtfully designed to help you thrive, wherever you are.

Flexible Time Off

We trust our team members when it comes to how and when they want to work. In addition to flexible PTO, we offer paid holidays and additional companyโ€‘wide days off so that team members can rest and recharge.

We know that family is important. We support our team membersโ€™ goals of growing their families by offering generous paid maternity, paternity, adoption, and fostering leave.

Military Leave

We appreciate and honor all military service. To support our service members, we offer a military leave policy and partner with community organizations to help veterans transition into careers in technology.

Professional Development & Belonging

We invest in each otherโ€™s growth and professional development because individual career growth helps Quorum flourish. Team members have access to LinkedIn Learning courses and other internal resources to support their personal and professional growth. Whether youโ€™re looking to expand your current skills or explore new areas, we provide the tools and opportunities to help you achieve your goals.

Affinity Groups

Belonging is an important part of doing your best work. These Affinity Groups provide support and community open for all team members: Parents@Q, Queer@Q, Culture Collective@Quorum, Sober@Quorum, NeuroDiverse@Q, and Quorum 4 Mental Health.

Invest in You Days

One of the ways we practice our core value, Invest in People, is by hosting a quarterly โ€œInvest in Yourself Day.โ€ This is a noโ€‘meeting day dedicated to team members investing in their own professional development. Whether thatโ€™s reading a book, accessing LinkedIn learning courses, or listening to a podcast (just to name a few ideas), we encourage you to take this time to focus on your growth. This day has been designed to enhance your skills and knowledge, empowering you to achieve greater success on your journey with us.

Community and Fun

Trampoline dodgeball? Check. Virtual cooking classes? That too. Openโ€‘air doubleโ€‘decker bus tours of DC with commentary provided by team members? A Quorum tradition. We believe that our team works together better because we have fun together.

Culture and Community

As a culture and a community, we invest in people. We focus on building meaningful relationships with people who inspire us: our clients, our potential clients, and our team. We care for one another beyond the walls of the office because we build an environment where every person can do their best work. And, we encourage open dialogue that build a deliberately development environment where team members can learn, grow, and flourish.
