Job description

Looking for experienced outbound calling professionals with proven longevity in call center roles. Interested candidates must live within 35 miles of Houston, TX 77064. Apply now for immediate consideration!

$16/hour

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (30 minute lunch will be assigned)

Equipment is provided, any candidate is responsible for providing high speed internet, a quiet distraction free environment and a desk/chair for your workspace.

Duties

- Place outbound calls to retrieve medical charts.

- Perform repetitive tasks

- Navigate call center software to toggle between screens and hit performance targets.

- Adhere to call center metrics regarding quality and performance goals.

Requirements

· 6 months to 1 yr of call center experience, preferably outbound calling, data entry with multi-tasking

· Live within 30 miles of Houston, TX.

· Quiet home office environment with high-speed internet. (ethernet cable connected at all times )

· Data entry skills (Must type 25 WPM+)

· High School Diploma or GED

· Must be FT present at work and free of distractions

· Zero time can be missed within first 90 days.
