Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
  • Experience delivering home health physical therapy services preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within assigned county territory (Area #12 San Jose and Area #11: Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Mountain View, Campbell, Los Altos, Saratoga, Los Gatos). Additional travel outside the area may be required.
  • Willingness to provide weekend coverage when required preferred.
  • Productivity expectations: ability to meet assigned weekly visit productivity (client describes target of at least 27 points per week as a performance expectation; this is client-specific and reflects workload expectations).
  • Previous experience managing a caseload in a fast-moving outpatient or home health environment preferred.
