Descripcionbreve de puesto:

El Quick Lube es responsable de realizar los mantenimientos o servicios de baja complejidad, que incluye, pero no se limitan a cambios de aceite, filtro y otros reemplazos de fluidos, balanceo de neumaticos entre otros. Su trabajo es completar de manera rapida y profesional las tareas de mantenimiento para que los clientes puedan usar sus unidades de manera segura, siguiendo los mas altos estandares de calidad para deleitar y asegurar la lealtad del cliente. Procura que la visita del cliente sea una memorable, convirtiendo la experiencia de ordinaria a extraordinaria.

Responsabilidadesincluyen pero no se limitan a:

  • Completa el drenaje del aceite de las unidades y reemplaza el mismo segun las especificaciones del fabricante. 
  • Revisa y reemplaza otros liquidos, incluidos los de frenos, direccion asistida y limpiaparabrisas. 
  • Inspecciona el bloque del motor y la parte inferior de la carroceria en busca de fugas y posibles problemas. 
  • Valida la presion de los neumaticos y ajusta con aire segun sea necesario segun las especificaciones del fabricante. 
  • Instala piezas como filtros de aire, filtros de aceite, limpiaparabrisas y baterias. 
  • Lubrica las piezas segun sea necesario, incluidas las del motor, y asegurarse de que el motor se mantenga limpio durante el servicio. 
  • Comunica al Tecnico Automotriz cualquier fallo o problemas para atenderlo segun los procesos de la empresa.  
  • Documenta en CDK los servicios realizados. 
  • Inspecciona el auto y el equipo antes de entregarlo al cliente para asegurarse de que este en perfectas condiciones, y totalmente limpio.  
  • Si es necesario, trabaja en rampa, lavadero, areas de espera o estacionamiento para atender al cliente, asegurar que el auto o producto recibido este impecable para que la experiencia del cliente sea una positiva y memorable. 
  • Cualquier otra tarea o funcion necesaria para el buen funcionamiento del Departamento y la Empresa.
