Automotive Quick/Express Lane Technician Mazda Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
  • Check and replace filters, fluids, bulbs, batteries, and wiper blades
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections and clearly document findings
  • Communicate needed repairs to service advisors accurately and professionally
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all dealership processes, manufacturer standards, and safety guidelines
  • Support shop flow and efficiency in a fast-paced Express Lane environment

Automotive Quick/Express Lane Technician Mazda Benefits & Compensation

The Quick / Express Lane Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following elements:

  • Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, skill level, and performance
  • Productionbased incentive compensation, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
  • Retentionbased incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by jobrelated factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not meet.

Schedule:

  • Monday 7:00am-5:00pm
  • Friday 7:00am-5:00pm
  • Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm

Automotive Quick/Express Lane Technician Mazda Qualifications

  • Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred, but not required
  • ASE certifications a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
