Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival to the Quick Lane service area.

  • Collaborate closely with service technicians to ensure accurate and timely repair or maintenance work.
  • Provide customers with detailed explanations of service performed and address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history.
  • Promote additional services and maintenance recommendations that fit customer needs and vehicle requirements.

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, specifically within Ford Quick Lane or a similar automotive service environment.
