Bering's is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Hardlines department-home to hardware, paint, plumbing, electrical, and the practical products that keep Houston projects moving. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building customer relationships, and turning product knowledge into exceptional service.
What You'll Do
  • Welcome customers, learn about their project needs, and help them find the right products and solutions.
  • Share product knowledge and make thoughtful recommendations across hardware, paint, plumbing, and electrical categories.
  • Build sales through helpful service, add-on recommendations, and a genuine interest in completing each customer's project.
  • Keep the department clean, organized, stocked, accurately priced, and easy to shop.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory, merchandising, promotional displays, and other department needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain a safe, service-oriented store environment.

  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
