Job description

We're partnering with a fast-growing tech company (startup-style environment) that's hiring an Outreach Specialist to support a high-volume verification process. This role sits at the core of the operations team and plays a key part in delivering accurate, time-sensitive products.

What you'll do:

  • Own end-to-end outreach to complete employment and income verifications
  • Make outbound calls and send written communication to HR and payroll contacts
  • Research and validate employer information to ensure data accuracy and prevent fraud
  • Manage a high volume of requests, handling new cases and follow-ups daily
  • Navigate internal systems to complete verifications within defined SLAs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience in outreach, call center, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
