Position Description: The Order Processor plays a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience by ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This position serves as an important link between customers, operations, and internal teams by reviewing order details, resolving discrepancies, and helping maintain a smooth and organized workflow.We are seeking an individual who is highly detail oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Position Responsibilities: • Review and verify incoming customer orders for completeness and accuracy
• Enter and process orders into the company’s system in a timely manner
• Communicate with customers to clarify order details, pricing, or delivery requirements
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor order status and resolve any issues or discrepancies
