As a Field Salesperson with Reiser, you will be responsible for sales of food processing and food packaging equipment solutions to food plants and processors in Quebec territory covering Montreal east to Quebec City north shore. We are seeking aggressive, enthusiastic and determined sales representatives who can professionally represent our products to new and existing customers.

Essential Functions:

  • Professionally represent Reiser’s line of industrial food processing and food packaging capital equipment to new and existing customers in Quebec designated area.
  • Continually build pipeline through cold-calling, networking and maintaining positive relationships; internally and externally.
  • Share best sales practices with team.
  • Be actively involved with sales industry associations.
  • Ensure documentation and reports are accurate, and are received on time.
  • Help to facilitate quotations, product samples and deliveries.
  • Work closely with field service team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Direct experience selling capital equipment (preferably in the food processing and/or packaging industry). We will consider candidates with proven experience in selling related services or solutions to the food industry.
  • Aggressive, enthusiastic and determined individual with a proven track record of success.
  • Understands importance of selling equipment with the added service component and working closely with service team.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task.
  • Comfortable communicating with people on the shop floor to presidents of companies.
  • Five plus years of related sales experience, preferably in capital equipment.
  • 35% overnight travel is required throughout territory and to industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred but not required if exceptional experience.
  • Must reside in the territory and reasonable proximity.
