About the Role

We are a premier importer and wholesale distributor of premium natural and engineered stone (Granite, Quartz, Marble, and Quartzite) for kitchen countertops, vanities, and commercial applications. Based in Chino, CA, we are seeking a dynamic, highly experienced Sales Manager to drive our wholesale growth across Southern California and lead nationwide direct container sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Drive wholesale business growth across Southern California by building and expanding relationships with fabricators, contractors, developers, and distributors.
  • Direct Container Sales: Manage and execute high-volume direct container sales programs for major accounts and distributors across the U.S.
  • Account Management: Oversee key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and efficient inventory turnover.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new commercial and residential market opportunities for imported stone slabs and prefab surfaces.
  • Pipeline Management: Track sales metrics, analyze market trends, and maintain a high-volume sales pipeline.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in the stone and countertop industry (Granite, Quartz, Porcelain, etc.) at the wholesale level.
  • Regional Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Southern California market and established relationships with local fabricators, builders, and suppliers.
  • National Network: Nationwide industry contacts and experience selling full container loads (FCL) nationwide is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and contract-closing abilities.

Travel: Willingness to travel across Southern California and occasionally nationwide as needed.
