Sunrock is hiring a Haul Truck Driver to transport aggregate materials from the quarry pit to the primary crusher. This role is essential to maintaining safe, efficient production and meeting daily tonnage goals.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking a stable career in mining, aggregates, heavy equipment, or quarry operations. No prior haul truck experience is required — we will train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate an off-road haul truck to transport sand, rock, and gravel

  • Move materials safely and efficiently to support production goals

  • Perform daily pre-shift inspections and complete safety checklists

  • Fuel, grease, and maintain cleanliness of assigned equipment

  • Assist with plant cleanup and site housekeeping

  • Support maintenance tasks and weekly plant support activities

  • Move materials to the concrete plant as needed

  • Follow all safety procedures and MSHA guidelines

What We’re Looking For
  • Valid North Carolina Driver’s License

  • Ability to operate equipment safely and follow procedures
