What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate off-road and on-road haul trucks to transport aggregate materials within and from the quarry

  • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and operational

  • Load, haul, and unload materials efficiently while following site traffic patterns and safety rules

  • Communicate clearly with dispatch, load operators, and site personnel to support daily production goals

  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and adjust driving practices to changing site and weather conditions

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial or heavy vehicles in industrial environments

  • Strong commitment to safety procedures, policies, and situational awareness

  • Ability to follow instructions, site rules, and regulatory requirements

  • Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team in a production-driven environment

  • Capability to perform physical tasks associated with quarry operations

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
