Responsibilities assigned to this position may include:
This position will collaborate with the commercial real estate portfolio managers and will directly report to VP of Commercial Real Estate. Communication and teamwork will be essential for success in this position with specific attention to the following tasks:
  • Oversee and direct the day-to-day property operations across the assigned portfolio. This can include the direct oversite of any associated onsite staff.
  • Responsibility for the financial success of the individual assets as well as the assigned portfolio as a whole.
  • The development of and adherence to an annual budget along with the subsequent industry standard financial reporting.
  • The fostering and maintenance of tenant and client relations.
  • Aiding in the lease administration upkeep as-needed.
  • Managing and coordinating portfolio-wide notification and tenant correspondence.
  • General assistance with commercial tenant and vendor relations.
  • Coordination with any junior staff.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Direct monitoring of accounts receivable within assigned sub-portfolio(s)

Qualifications Required
  • In-office hours required w/hybrid environment options available after initial 30 days.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with industry experience considered.
  • 6-10 years' experience with varied class of commercial assets
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word Excell, etc.)
  • Experience in industry standard management software (Yardi, Appfolio, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license w/insured and registered vehicle.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented perspective.
  • Ability to work independently multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
