Role Overview


Advantage Capital is seeking motivated, confident, and articulate individuals with 0-4 years of post-undergraduate experience. Candidates are expected to have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a strong record of leadership.

This role begins with a primary focus on sourcing new investment opportunities-identifying and building relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and operators across a broad range of industries. Over time, Analysts will also gain exposure to financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution, providing a well-rounded private equity experience.

  • Perform outreach for investment sourcing and build relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and operators of companies in a broad range of industries.
  • Evaluate debt and equity investment opportunities.
  • Complete financial analysis and modeling, industry research, and general due diligence on potential investments.
  • Assist in the negotiation and structuring of debt and equity transactions.
  • Draft ย and present investment memos detailing transactions, companies and industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field helpful but not required (or estimated graduation date spring/summer 2026)
  • 0-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
