Job Description
The Golf Retail Coordinator acts as the eyes and ears of the retail space and reports concerns to the manager and gives direction to Retail Clerks. Ensure daily shipments are processed in a timely fashion. Provide the management team and Director of Retail with feedback on guest response to our product line, thereby participating in the definition of our inventory mix, and preventing any out-of-stock occurrences. Straighten the floor upon arrival, throughout the day and close of shift. Fill in merchandise on the selling floor and be aware of back stock. Maintain displays and visual presentation. Participate in monthly cycle counts & year-end inventory or as needed.
Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and communicate merchandise issues, quality issues, and business drivers to Retail Management. Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements. P.O. duties management, sales analysis, communication with all retail properties and complete administrative activities to maintain a constant and appropriate flow of merchandise to the stores. Ensure the store meets quantitative measures of performance. Achieve personal sales goals, sales per hour (SPH) goals and units per transaction (UPT) goals as determined by Retail Management. Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or packing and wrapping merchandise.
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
Qualifications
The base salary range for this position is $19.32
  • Ability to operate point of sale and any other equipment necessary to perform the job.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with associates and customers.
  • Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation and sales transaction paperwork.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • 0-1 years of retail experience desired
  • High School Diploma preferred.
