Measurement Partner II (tvScientific)

Pinterest

New York, NY • On-site, Remote

Full-time

Posted 18 days ago

Job description

Role Summary

As a Measurement Partner II (Experimentation & Brand) at tvScientific by Pinterest, you'll be the go-to expert for all things experimentation and brand impact measurement. You'll guide both internal teams and external partners through rigorous test design, brand lift studies, and incrementality measurement-helping advertisers understand and grow the value of their investment through clear, decision-ready insights. From translating advertiser objectives into robust experiments to turning complex results into compelling stories, you'll play a critical role in shaping how we prove and communicate the value of tvScientific + Pinterest campaigns.

This is a role for someone who loves rigorous analysis, thrives in a collaborative environment, and knows how to turn complex measurement into simple, actionable narratives that drive real business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and evolve our experimentation and brand measurement strategies and playbooks across key advertisers and verticals.
  • Serve as a strategic measurement partner for internal teams and external clients, helping define learning agendas and recommending the right approaches (e.g., A/B tests, geo tests, brand lift).
  • Translate advertiser objectives into robust test designs with clear hypotheses, KPIs, timelines, and guardrails.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of controlled experiments, incrementality tests, and brand lift studies-from scoping and setup through QA, analysis, and readout.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets using appropriate statistical methods to estimate lift and brand impact, and sanity-check results for real-world plausibility.
  • Turn complex analytical outputs into clear, concise insights and recommendations tailored to different audiences (executives, marketers, and technical partners).
  • Synthesize learnings across campaigns and studies to identify patterns, codify best practices, and build reusable frameworks and case studies.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and external measurement partners to evolve our experimentation and brand measurement capabilities.
  • Support sales and customer-facing teams by equipping them with measurement narratives, proof points, and guidance for client conversations.
  • Manage a portfolio of concurrent studies, keeping stakeholders updated on timelines, risks, and outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing science, media analytics, experimentation, or a related quantitative role, experience in ad tech, digital media, or brand measurement is a major plus.
  • A strong track record of designing and interpreting experiments or causal analyses (e.g., A/B tests, geo-experiments, matched-market tests, brand lift studies).
  • Deep understanding of brand and upper-funnel metrics (e.g., awareness, consideration, favorability) and how they connect to business outcomes.
  • Skilled in working with large datasets (SQL, Python/R, or similar) and applying appropriate statistical techniques to estimate lift and validate results.
  • Clear communicator who can make technical and statistical concepts easy to understand and relevant to business and creative decisions.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Data Science, and collaborating with third-party measurement vendors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and keep stakeholders aligned in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to build measurement frameworks and playbooks, not just run one-off analyses.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, streamline reporting, and enhance the development of measurement frameworks and playbooks.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times a year and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.

Relocation Statement:

  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model.
