NewtonX's Strategic Insights & Analytics team deliver high-impact research projects to help our clients uncover insights to answer their toughest and most critical business questions. We are looking for a Strategic Insights & Analytics Manager who is motivated and excited by the idea of making a difference in the knowledge market. This role is instrumental in building out NewtonX's professional services capabilities - you will help shape the future of this offering. The Strategic Insights & Analytics Manager works with world-class companies and clients, including multiple Fortune 500 companies as well as top tech, private equity, and management consulting companies, to understand their needs and deliver high-impact research projects to help them uncover insights to answer their toughest business questions.

• Understand client end-goals and develop research objectives and plans• Develop interview guides and/or surveys that address client needs to make better
business decisions
• Analyze survey results and prepare story decks to present visually to clients
• Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with clients and experts covering all
imaginable sectors of expertise, geographies, etc.
Who you are:
• 5-10 years of professional work experience
• You are a market research expert, research professional at a leading market research
company (i.e., background in market research and specific familiarity with quantitative
surveys and insights - experience with methodologies such as conjoint, MaxDiff, or pricing
analysis is mandatory)
• Good skills in survey design, data analysis, and statistical analysis techniques - as well as
experience in advanced analytics such as but not limited in (Conjoint, MaxDiff, TURF,
Latent Class, Key Drivers)
• Analyze primary data to identify key insights and trends that drive business decisions
• Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and visualization tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• You enjoy working independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under
pressure
• You enjoy learning, team collaboration, communication, listening and advocating
• Have a bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study (sociology, business, data
science)
• Very good English skills (verbal and written)
