Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Quantitative Trader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute trading strategies across various asset classes, leveraging quantitative research and data-driven insights. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong programming skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement systematic trading strategies based on quantitative research.
  2. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and trading opportunities.
  3. Monitor and optimize existing strategies to improve performance and scalability.
  4. Collaborate with researchers, developers, and other traders to enhance execution capabilities.
  5. Conduct risk management to ensure strategies align with risk tolerance and objectives.
  6. Stay updated on market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:
