Adidev Technologies is seeking Cloud Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Must be a driven self-starter and open to working onsite. Must be willing to relocate depending upon the client's assignment. A project can last anywhere from 6 months to 18 months. Salary varies depending on experience, and we are in search of candidates looking to start as soon as possible.

Job Description 

    • Minimum of 12 months of experience in programming and cloud engineering.
    • Experienced in developing on the AWS cloud, building scalable and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure, and establishing DevOps pipelines from scratch.
    • Proficient in delivering software development projects, including designing, developing, and supporting builds, scripts, and installation procedures.
    • Enthusiastic about optimizing and potentially redesigning a company's cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipeline, utilizing core AWS services such as GIT, Jenkins/CircleCI/Travis, Jira, and coding in Python, Java, or C++.
    • Worked alongside architecture and engineering teams to design and implement any scalable software services
    • Ensure necessary system security by using best-in-class cloud security solutions
    • Preferred prior experience in designing solutions utilizing cloud services and technologies
    • Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and concepts - AWS pipelines, Azure Pipelines, GitHub Workflow
    • Experience managing core AWS infrastructure (IAM, EC2, VPCs, EKS, EFS, RDS, SNS, S3, EBS, Route 53, ELB, CloudWatch, Autoscaling, etc)
    • Experience with DevOps tools – CloudFormation, Terraform, CI/CD, Code Pipeline, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes, GitHub, Git
    • Self-motivated and capable of supporting automation requirements for multiple teams, systems, and products.
    • Possesses working knowledge of SQL, including query authoring and familiarity with various databases.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Able to effectively explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
    • Understanding of containerization concepts using Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.
    • Holds relevant cloud certifications
    • Holds a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field.
    • Good to have Azure Infrastructure services and their limitations
