ServiceNow FSO Developer

Location: Stamford, CT/Remote

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with Financial Service Operation (FSO)

At least 1-2 years of ServiceNow solution Implementation (configuration and customization) experience

Proven experience in at least one design, architect and implementation of FSO solution involving Financial Data Model, Dispute management, Customer life cycle management, Treasury Operation, Payment operations, Card operations, Loan operation, Claims processing.

Around 1-2 years of working in ServiceNow FSO Projects and worked on Requirements Gathering, Agile/Sprint Planning, Demos.

Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on enterprise architecture, Financial Service Operation (FSO)

Strong understanding of Enterprise architecture processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions.

Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs

Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration of Financial Service Operation

Experience and expert understanding of key ServiceNow modules and concepts like CSDM, CMDB, Data Models, etc.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.

Developing solutions on ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management frameworks

Roles & Responsibilities

· Certification: ServiceNow CIS FSO (Insurance and Banking & Wealth Management) with CSM professional suite

· Experience in design, architecture and implementation of ServiceNow CSM

· Strong understanding of BPM solutions and exposure to platforms like Pega, Salesforce, Appian

· Experience in FSO customization including creating new workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions.

· Experience in business process consulting/analysis

· Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools within ServiceNow

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.

· Experience working in Agile environment using SCRUM methodology.

· Good to have experience and strong exposure in ServiceNow concepts/modules, ITSM, KM, CMDB, Data models, etc.

· Self-starter, good interpersonal skills, ability to lead customer meetings and build customer confidence

· 3+ years of technical architecture experience and at least 2+ or ServiceNow implementation experience.

· Develop FSO use cases, business process models, and diagrams.

· Experience in ServiceNow implementations across 2 or more modules

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.

· Develop comprehensive FSO solutions tailored to customer business needs, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and industry best practices.

· Design and implement integration between ServiceNow FSO and other IT systems/platforms ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.

· Customize and configure ServiceNow FSO to meet customer requirement.

· Experience in ServiceNow Back-End and Integrations (Integration H UB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, Transform maps)

· Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics

· Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving and Quantitative skills.

· Ability to provide technical leadership and work seamlessly with customers
