Want to develop and implement regulatory quality complaint handling programs and infrastructure for a Fortune 500 Company with some of the most iconic brands? If you have a bachelor’s degree and experience with quality systems or complaint handling infrastructure, we want to speak with you!

We are currently looking for an Associate Manager, Quality Systems & Regulatory Infrastructure, to join our Consumer Quality Services group in Richmond, VA.

What you will be doing:
  • Creating complaint handling systems plans for current or new Altria Operating Companies and new products. Implementing programs to capture complaint, recall and product related datato support regulatory and business requirements. . All processes will be documented including legal review and approval when necessary.
  • Creating and implementing complaint handling infrastructure. Developing processes to help ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Leading processes to capture consumer contacts received via multiple contact channels; including phone, whitemail, social media contacts, email and chat communications.
  • Implementing processes to manage and support product recalls
  • Developing complaint reporting capabilities.
We want you to have:
  • Bachelor degree
  • 4+ years’ experience providing quality systems technical support or implementing complaint handling infrastructure.
  • Capabilities with SAP, Power BI, Excel and SQL.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in process mapping and system improvement projects.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing and facilities for FDA inspections preferred.
  • Salesforce, TrackWise Digital or other enterprise quality management experience is preferred.
  • Pluses: Certifications to support business systems and Agile Project Management experiences
  • Ability to travel to supplier and operating company facilities if required.

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $104,900.00 - $152,150.00.
