What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Quality RN?

To thrive as a Quality RN, you need a strong clinical nursing background, attention to detail, and expertise in quality improvement methodologies, typically supported by RN licensure and experience in healthcare quality roles. Familiarity with data analysis tools, electronic health records (EHRs), and accreditation standards such as The Joint Commission is essential.
