Job description

PCG is currently seeking an experienced Regional Quality Manager for our Quality Department based in Lenexa, KS or region they are assigned to. The position will require working with the Director of Quality, Quality Manager, and other Regional Quality Managers to provide leadership and direction on all quality matters for assigned operations, branches, and departments. This includes measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS) by recognizing trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement (OFI) of the key performance indicators (KPIs). This position works closely with appropriate operational departments to direct the application and administration of established quality programs throughout the organization. Serve as a consultant to the assigned region and branch offices as part of our QMS continuous improvement process.

Responsibilities:

  • Update/Maintain assigned PCI product line quality plan(s), procedures, and forms.
  • Assist/Submit project specific PCI product line quality plan(s) for customer approval.
  • Assist/Submit subcontractor quality plan(s) for customer approval.
  • Assist with implementing and/or updating Company Quality Manual (CQM) as well as associated procedures and forms.
  • Attend assigned internal product line summit(s) and workshop(s) as required
  • Provide quality presentations to colleagues, customers, etc.
  • Provide, coordinate, and record PCG QMS, tool, vendor specialty, quality software, equipment, product line quality plan(s), etc. training.
  • Update/Maintain assigned PCI product line quality plan(s) along with affiliated procedures and forms.
  • Solicit customer QMS feedback.
  • Assist BQE with establishing project contingency plan(s).
  • Monitor, measure, analyze, and evaluate assigned branch office quality KPIs for trends, risks, and OFIs. Report findings to branch management and the Quality Department to initiate a continuous improvement initiative.
  • Attend/Coordinate project quality kick-off meeting(s).
  • Lead QMS initiatives for assigned branch office(s), region, and/or national team(s).
  • Participate in assigned branch office Foreman meetings which includes toolbox talks .
  • Coordinate and/or assist with both internal and external quality assessments that include completing all required forms (e.g., Audit Finding Report, Corrective Action Request, etc.) to address any/all findings.
  • Assist assigned Branch Quality Engineer (BQE) on their QMS task(s) as required.
  • Will not have direct supervision of employee(s).
  • Reports directly to the assigned Quality Manager.
  • Perform additional quality tasks as needed.

Basic Requirements: 

  • Associate’s degree in business administration or construction focus pg. 1 Published 01/27/26.
  • 5-9 years working within commercial and/or industrial construction trade.
  • 3-5 years experience with ISO 9001 standards.
  • 3-5 years experience leading others.
  • Must have a passion to improve products/services, maintain consistency, and promoting quality throughout the organization.
  • Ability to recognize and act upon risks, trends, and OFIs.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Procore, and Microsoft Office (includes Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate with development teams.
  • Any/All certifications with a quality, safety, and/or manufacturing focus (e.g.,
  • Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer, etc.).
  • Adaptable, ambitious, cooperative, engaging, outgoing, hardworking, self-directed, reliable, innovative, creative, etc..
  • Excellent and professional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrates the ability to adapt to ever-evolving environments.
  • Proven track record working successfully independently as well as with a team and/or working alongside various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
