Think beyond what features are supposed to do and creatively seek ways to measure the qualitative experiences. You will ultimately be responsible for understanding how well our products work, advocating for critical changes, and representing how they'll be experienced by our customers. We are a nimble, fast-paced team that relies heavily on a tight relationship between Engineering, Program Management, and Quality Engineering. Proven track record of building and scaling efficient quality processes across cross-functional teams
Experience leading quality improvement initiatives end-to-end
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of proven experience in manual Software Quality Assurance; including 3 years experience in leading quality projects from planning through delivery
Demonstrated excellence in hands-on, creative manual testing
Creative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detail. Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving results.
Skilled at debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving - applying analytical thinking skills to systematically assess project quality and prioritize issue resolution
Excellent communication skills are a must as this role requires a high level of interaction with engineering teams, management, and other organizations within Apple. We expect you to navigate and build these relationships autonomously.

Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage and test AI tools and features
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
