Via Seating is hiring Production Associatesto join our 2nd Shift Manufacturing Team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in building quality products, and are looking for a stable, full-time career with excellent pay and benefits, we'd love to meet you!
Compensation
Starting Pay:$19.00/hour
2nd Shift Differential:+$1.00/hour
Total Starting Wage: $20.00/hour
Second Shift
- Monday - Thursday
- 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
- Overtime on Fridays as needed

What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll receive training throughout our commercial chair manufacturing process, including:
- Upholstery
- Assembly
- Cutting
- Wood & Foam
- Kitting
Our team members are cross-trained to build high-quality commercial seating from start to finish.
