Job description

Position Summary
The Quality Manager maintains the Quality Management System (QMS), enforcing decision-rights protocols, and ensuring quality governance across facilities and time zones.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as the enterprise authority for stop-work, shipment holds, and approval or ratification of non-conformance dispositions.
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Lead root cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) programs.
  • Develop and maintain global quality procedures and training programs.
  • Establish and enforce quality metrics, KPIs, and governance cadence.
  • Organize quality inspections and audits.
  • Address systemic gaps in inspection plans, checklists, or controls.
  • Lead quality training and awareness initiatives company-wide.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Quality Manager or Lead, including multi-site or enterprise quality programs.
  • Software proficiency: Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), SAP, and PowerApps.
  • Strong knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
