You will contribute to the team's progress by collecting customer specifications, creating electrical design packages, managing build activities through part procurement and vendor management, and supporting installation and activation of systems. Examples of design activities include a 20+ 3G-SDI video monitoring, display, and recording system, accelerometer and rotational speed data acquisition and signal conditioning for turbopump characterization, acoustic monitoring of engine tests, cryogenic liquid characterization using silicon diodes and RTDs, and portable DAQ systems.
We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!

  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
  • Software development in PLC ladder logic, LabVIEW, C++ or Python

Desired:
  • MS degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with video monitoring systems (webcam, 3G-SDI, high speed, infrared, etc.)

  • Design experience in noise reduction, shielding, and analog and digital filtering to provide high fidelity measurements
  • Experience with analog circuit design using Altium design tools focusing on signal conditioning of high frequency instrumentation
  • Tuning closed loop control systems.
