We are seeking a detail-oriented  Quality Inspector at our Wickenburg, AZ facility to support production by ensuring all products meet quality standards. This role involves inspection, metrology, auditing processes, and working closely with production teams to maintain compliance and improve manufacturing processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform receiving inspections and document results within required timelines
  • Conduct set-up verifications, station checks, and in-process inspections
  • Complete gauge calibrations, weld certifications, and quality audits
  • Inspect and document nonconforming and rejected materials
  • Re-inspect parts after rework to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Verify gauges for proper identification, calibration status, and condition
  • Maintain accurate and timely inspection and quality records
  • Notify management promptly when nonconforming parts are identified
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes and recommend proper gauging solutions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Support production teams to meet quality and output goals

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Extensive experience in inspection, quality control, and auditing
  • Solid understanding of metrology and gauge calibration/repair
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, and make sound decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS)
  • Familiarity with calibration standards and measurement systems
  • Root cause analysis and continuous improvement experience

Physical Requirements:

Frequent climbing, bending, twisting and/or lifting approximately 55 pounds.
