Quality Inspector

Join a quality-focused manufacturing team where precision matters.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect precision-machined components and ensure they meet customer and engineering specifications. If you have experience using precision measuring equipment, reading blueprints, operating CMM equipment, and working within ISO quality systems, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured parts
  • Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gages, dial indicators, and other inspection tools
  • Operate CMM equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and welding symbols
  • Perform gage calibration and maintain inspection equipment
  • Conduct ISO quality audits and support compliance with quality management systems
  • Document inspection results, nonconforming material, and quality reports
  • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
  • Experience operating CMM equipment (Mitutoyo, CMM-Manager, or similar is a plus)
  • Familiarity with welding symbols and weld inspection
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
