Quality Inspector I (Temporary) – Medical Device
Location: Englewood, CO (Onsite)
Job Type: Temporary Contract

Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Inspector I to join our Quality Lab team supporting medical device manufacturing. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting materials, assemblies, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience with inspection tools, and the ability to accurately document inspection results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform receiving inspection of materials, components, assemblies, and finished medical devices.
  • Conduct visual inspections based on documented procedures and specifications.
  • Perform dimensional measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gage pins, and dial indicators.
  • Utilize precision measurement equipment including CMM and vision systems when required.
  • Document inspection results and identify non-conforming products according to procedures.
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists.
  • Monitor calibration status of inspection equipment.
  • Support product labeling, packaging, scanning, and documentation activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and follow all standard operating procedures.
  • Perform additional quality and production support tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of quality inspection or manufacturing quality experience.
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment:

  • Basic understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T (ANSI Y14.5).
