The Quality Inspector helps ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards,ย 
regulatory requirements, and customer expectations, while learning and supporting the team'sย 
continuous improvement efforts.ย 

Responsibilities will include:ย 

โ€ข Inspect and test materials, components, and finished products for compliance withย specifications and requirementsย 
โ€ข Record inspection data, test results, and audit documentation accurately and on timeย 
โ€ข Report defects, quality concerns, and trends to the QA Managerย 
โ€ข Assist with investigations of quality issues and support corrective action follow-upย 
โ€ข Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to flag and resolve quality concernsย 
โ€ข Follow established quality procedures and help identify opportunities for processย improvementย 
โ€ข Participate in daily and weekly QA meetingsย 
โ€ข Support a positive, safe, and productive work environmentย 
โ€ข Complete assigned tasks accurately, safely, and on timeย 
โ€ข Monitor lab and inspection supplies and report needs to the QA Managerย 
โ€ข Learn to use inspection tools, gauges, and quality software as part of on-the-job trainingย 

What You Bringย 

โ€ข High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a technical or quality field aย plusย 
โ€ข 1โ€“2 years of quality, manufacturing, or inspection experienceย 
โ€ข Ability to read engineering drawings, or willingness to learnย 
โ€ข Comfortable using basic inspection tools (calipers, gauges) or willingness to learnย 
โ€ข Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excelย 
โ€ข Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learnย 
โ€ข Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentย 
Preferred Qualificationsย 

โ€ข Familiarity with quality concepts (ISO 9001, Lean, root cause analysis) a plus, notย requiredย 
โ€ข Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settingsย
