Overview

We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our dynamic team in Jonesboro, AR, 72450. As a Toolmaker, you will play a crucial role in the design, fabrication, and maintenance of precision tools and dies that are essential for our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities
  • Design and fabricate precision tools, dies, and fixtures according to specifications.
  • Maintain and repair existing tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve tool designs and manufacturing processes.
  • Utilize various machining techniques including milling, turning, grinding, and electrical discharge machining (EDM).
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure tools meet required standards and tolerances.
  • Document tool specifications, maintenance records, and any modifications made.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
