Job description

The Quality Inspector ensures that all incoming and outgoing materials meet established quality standards and customer requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, minimizing errors, and supporting continuous improvement across warehouse and inspection operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate nonconforming materials (NCM) and support investigation efforts
  • Manage the segregation and disposition of materials in accordance with Material Review Board (MRB) decisions
  • Gather and report inspection data to support quality assurance initiatives, training, and performance tracking
  • Provide guidance and coaching to inbound and outbound inspection teams to improve accuracy and consistency
  • Support scrap and disposition processes as required
  • Participate in corrective and preventive action initiatives (CPARs) and continuous improvement efforts
  • Perform additional quality-related duties and special projects as assigned
