Quality Manager (ISO Manufacturing) – $40-46 per hour DOE + comprehensive benefits package, work-life balance, room for growth

Schedule: Full‐time, On‐site M-F 7AM-3:30PM

Forinno, LLC is a fast‐growing medical device component manufacturer in Newberg, OR. We’re looking for a hands‐on Quality Manager to lead daily quality operations, inspection activities, and core ISO‐aligned QMS processes in a small, high‐precision production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee incoming, in‐process, and final inspections
• Lead and support a small team of quality inspectors
• Maintain ISO‐aligned QMS documentation (SOPs, CAPA, calibration, training)
• Prepare internal audits and customer documentation
• Support APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and capability studies
• Track quality metrics, SPC charts, Cp/Cpk data
• Communicate with production, vendors, and customers on quality issues
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality reports

What You Bring

• 3–5 years quality experience in ISO manufacturing
• 2+ years supervising or supporting small teams
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC
• Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and quality system software
• Ability to create polished, customer facing templates, data sets (excel) and documentation (word)
• Steady, professional communication style
• Ability to work together as a team
• Comfortable in a hands‐on, working‐manager role

Work Environment

• Mix of desk and production floor work
• PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, hair netting, lab coat, etc)
• No makeup, perfumes, lotions; closed‐toe shoes required
• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Frequent interaction with inspectors, production, vendors, and customers

Physical Requirements

• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Fine motor skills for precision inspection tools
• Clear English communication for documentation and training
