We are hiring Quality Control and Quality Assurance Associates to help ensure products meet company quality, safety, and production standards throughout the busy pomegranate season. Location: Del Rey, CA

Position: Quality Control / Quality Assurance

Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Employment Type: Seasonal

Job Responsibilities
  • Inspect and monitor products throughout the production and packing process
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Inspect products for defects, damage, proper size, appearance, and overall quality
  • Verify product labeling, packaging, and specifications
  • Monitor production processes for compliance with quality and food safety requirements
  • Collect samples and perform routine quality checks as assigned
  • Document inspection results, quality issues, and corrective actions
  • Identify and report quality concerns to supervisors and management
  • Assist with investigating product quality issues and determining appropriate corrective actions
  • Ensure employees follow established quality, food safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Monitor production areas for potential quality or food safety concerns
